Bird Boxes Around LGC!
Some of our Members may have recently noticed a couple of bird boxes on trees adjacent to our Course.
The man behind these is long time LGC Member and wildlife enthusiast Stephen Lindsay who hopes to encourage raptors - particularly kestrels and owls to use the boxes to rear chicks.
Stephen has informed us that there is no guarantee the boxes will be used but is hopeful and will update us if there is any further News!
In the meantime Members are simply requested to enjoy any sightings and respect the birds' privacy.
